Service Agreement
BestRoofingCompany provides professional HVAC repair and maintenance services in addition to our roofing expertise. By scheduling HVAC service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our HVAC services include heating system repairs, air conditioning maintenance, emergency cooling services, ventilation system installation, and comprehensive climate control solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Service Scope and Estimates
All HVAC service estimates are based on initial inspection and the information you provide about your system. Once our technicians begin work, they may discover additional issues that require attention. We will notify you immediately of any necessary additional repairs and provide updated pricing before proceeding. Some older HVAC systems may require custom parts or modifications; we will discuss all available options with you. We specialize in both emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance, offering flexible service plans to meet different needs and budgets.
Payment Policies
Payment for HVAC services is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved financing options. A standard service call fee applies to all appointments, covering travel, diagnostics, and initial evaluation. This fee is credited toward your total repair cost if service is performed. Emergency after-hours HVAC repairs incur additional charges. For extensive installations or complex repairs, we may require a deposit. All estimates are valid for thirty days from the date provided.
Scheduling and Cancellations
HVAC service appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty with at least four hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee. Our HVAC technicians operate on scheduled routes, and while we provide arrival windows, exact times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unexpected complexities with previous jobs. We make every effort to contact customers about significant delays. For multi-day HVAC projects, we provide detailed timelines and regular progress updates.
Warranties and Guarantees
Parts installed during HVAC repairs carry manufacturer warranties as specified by each manufacturer. Our labor is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for ninety days from service completion. Some repairs may affect existing manufacturer warranties; our technicians will inform you of this possibility before proceeding. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from system failures, though we carry appropriate insurance for work performed. Emergency service guarantees focus on temporary restoration of essential functions when full repairs cannot be completed immediately.
Property Access and Safety
By scheduling HVAC service, you authorize our technicians to access your property and equipment. You are responsible for securing pets and removing obstacles from work areas. Our technicians wear appropriate safety gear and take reasonable care to protect your property. Some dust and minor disruption is inevitable during HVAC work. We recommend covering nearby furniture and valuables. For attic or crawlspace HVAC work, we may need temporary access and may move stored items to reach equipment. You must disclose any known hazards or unsafe conditions before service begins.
HVAC Service Plans
Our HVAC service plans automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least thirty days before renewal. Plan benefits apply only to the registered property and HVAC systems. Discounts apply to labor charges, not parts. Transferring service plans to new property owners requires approval and may involve administrative fees. We reserve the right to modify plan terms or pricing with thirty days notice to current subscribers. Plan holders receive priority scheduling and discounted rates on repairs and maintenance services.
